Since its formation in 1978, the basic philosophy to this firm has been service. Our ultimate goal is to provide each client with the most up-to-date creative resources available.Throughout the concept development stages, contact and communication between staff and client assures a minimum of wasted effort and expense... while maintaining owner control.

It is our position that successful design does not simply happen. Rather, it is the product of extensive preparation and experience coupled with an ability to communicate the client's visions and needs with the design team and contractors. Through this philosophy and a belief in the practice of architectural excellence, the firm of John M. Senkarik & Associates has established itself as one of the south's 'design leaders'.

Our primary objective for the past 30 years, has been and continues to be, to provide our clients with the broadest and most innovative architectural services available. In conjunction with our engineering consultants, of over 20 years, we provide a one stop single point contract that will fulfill all our clients needs for architectural and engineering services.

Our designs of high rise condominiums have become our trademark along the gulf coast of Alabama and the Florida Panhandle. We will continue to provide design services for custom residences, hotels, motels and office buildings. Additionally we have expertise in renovations, waterproofing, re-roofing, and when required, investigations and expert witness testimony.
